Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 the constitution of india read with the government of india ministry of home affairs O.M no 24/78//68-DH(s) dated 24-9-1968 and in supersession of the delhi health service rule of general duty medical officer(Indian system of medicine ) rules 2008 notified on 21 may 2008 except as respects things done of omitted to be done before such supersession the Lt. governor national capital of delhi.
