Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940

Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 33G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) and in supersession of notification S.O.1022(E) dated 18th April, 2013, the CentralGovernment hereby specifies Dr. Dinesh Chand Katoch, Adviser(Ayurveda) in the Ministry of Ayurveda,Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, as the authority to whom the Inspectors appointed under sub-section (1) thereof vide notification GSR. No.719 (E) dated 25-07-2016 shall be subordinate.
