Abstract

n exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 and section 33G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) and in supersession of notification G. S. R No. 422(E)dated 18th May, 2015, of the Government of India in the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy,hereby appoints officersworking in the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules,1945.
